2025.3.11 “Case Study for Intercultural Understanding” (Job Hunting Seminar)
In order to develop the ability to deal with intercultural conflicts that occur in the workplaces for international students, the subject “Job Hunting Seminar” offers a series on “Intercultural Understanding”. Today, with the cooperation of three Japanese guests, we held a class in which international students and Japanese people discussed the intercultural gaps in the case studies together and thought about the causes of miscommunication and how to solve them. It was our first time to discuss with Japanese people, and it was a very valuable opportunity.

Discussing with different people from usual classes was stimulating, and each phase broadened our perspective.
